I’m a Clinical Psychologist who works with men who want to live with more clarity, confidence, and balance. For over 12 years, I’ve helped men break free from anxiety, stress, and burnout, not through vague talk, but with practical strategies that work in real life.
Therapy That Speaks to Men’s Experience
Many men grow up believing they need to keep things together, to stay strong, push through, and deal with stress quietly. But over time, that pressure can take a toll. You might start to feel disconnected, tense, or like you’re running on empty.
My Approach: Honest, Real and Straightforward
I understand that for many men, opening up doesn’t come naturally. You’ve been taught to push through, stay strong, and not let things get to you. But that mindset, while useful in tough situations, can also make it hard to deal with stress, emotion, and change.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded. I work collaboratively with each client to identify strengths, values, and personal resources, the things that already make you strong, and use them to create lasting change.
Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and regain a sense of confidence and control in your life. My role isn’t to judge or “analyze” you. It’s to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and give you the tools to take back control.
Therapy with me is about practical change, learning how to manage emotions, handle pressure, and build healthier relationships without losing your sense of strength.

My Background
I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting men across a range of life stages and challenges. I’ve been working in both NHS and private practice settings. I’ve worked across a range of settings, supporting adults with emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I am able to draw upon a range of therapy approaches which can be tailored to your individual needs. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches for a diverse range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness-based techniques, to create sessions that are both structured and flexible. Each session is tailored to the individual, helping you build insight, resilience, and tools for long-term well-being.
What matters most, though, is that therapy feels comfortable, respectful, and focused on what matters to you.

Why I Focus on Men’s Mental Health
Over the years, I’ve seen how many men struggle silently, dealing with stress, anger, or loneliness behind closed doors.
Society often tells men to “man up” or “get over it,” but that pressure can make it harder to ask for help until things hit a breaking point.
My goal is to change that narrative. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine where you can speak freely, be understood, and start feeling like yourself again.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors – I enjoy gardening, DIY projects, travelling, mountaineering or spending time with family. I am a proud dad of a 2-year-old son and an 8-year-old girl.
I believe balance, movement, and connection are key to wellbeing the same things I help my clients rediscover in their own lives.
